This was something I started awhile ago and it felt like the right time to finally get it done. I finished up the lines a few days ago on my lunch break and scanned them after I got off that day. Some of you might remember this from my tumblr when it was in its first stages - padmabhujaga.tumblr.com/post/6…

Iwarni is the perfect embodiment of breaking loose, breaking out, and breaking free. She's wild and will never be tamed by any hand, and that vibrancy, that life is something I wanted to illustrate for a long time. With the end of the snowpocalypse and the first official March rain I wanted to get this up! Its sort of my welcome to the warm weather and spring, a new season (which I'm looking forward to because swimming and Hocking Hills yes). So its time to break away from winter and shake out my "mane", summer is just around the corner~
